OiA is taking a break!

⚡ We’ve Got News… OiA Is Taking a Breather (But Not for Long) 🚧

Overheard in Asia is hitting pause for a little while. The upcoming Issue #72 on 30th June will be our last newsletter for a while... so don’t miss it!

Our editor, Ling Yah and the OiA team have loved bringing you sharp, punchy updates from across the region.  Now, we’re cooking up something new behind the scenes — refining the way we tell stories, freshening up the look, and dreaming up new ways for you to engage with us (and each other!). We will share more when the time feels right!

In the meantime:
✅ Stay subscribed
✅ Follow us here on LinkedIn (we’ll still drop the occasional event shoutout, hot take, or Spotlights)
✅ Tell us what you’d love to see more of in the next chapter

We’ll miss you (but only for a bit). See you on the other side!

Are you a student or young lawyer?

Want to get involved in helping to run Overheard? Meet senior practitioners? Do legal research with real world impact?

We're always looking for bright, young talent like yourself so if you're interested, give us a holler at team@overheard.asia

Special thanks to Overheard in Asia’s sponsor:

David Grief was described as "the Law's Middleman" (Business Times, 2021). You can reach out to him at dg@davidgrief.com if you need help identifying the right lawyer, arbitrator or expert for your matters, or even if you just want to grab a drink 🍵🍺 with someone who has managed and mentored lawyers for almost 5️⃣0️⃣ years!
